The project land area is almost 50,000 sq., located on the northeast shore of the Sea; the company is studying a proposed project of a five-star boutique hotel consisting of: 184 units, consists of rooms & chalets of varying sizes. Number of villas & apartments. Number of facilities: restaurants, gym, beach front, pools, spa and business center The company rented a plot of land in the Dead Sea from the Development Zones Authority Company in order to establish a hotel project on the plot of land, and preliminary and detailed plans were prepared, but the project is currently suspended.
