A group of residential buildings that include several modular apartments  ranging in area between 85-130 m2. A pioneer national project as part of providing decent housing for limited income people taking into consideration housing requirements as well as providing service facilities, green areas, sustainable buildings, acceptable human scale, a balance between vehicular and pedestrian circulation and their needs, a serious attempt to create a neighborhood unit with all its features. The project was designed to house 22000 of those with limited income through a variety of building types.
